For this Kora Club we have chosen something unique that comes from a magical lodge we had the privilege to visit during our retreat in the Dolomites: the “Mas Vinal”.This lodge, managed by talented Cinzia and her family, is surrounded by an uncontaminated larch forest at 1300 meters above sea level.

It is the perfect place to rediscover mountain flavors and aromas.

All the products they produce are made with the forest and medicinal herbs they collect by hand in the surrounding area. The herbs they select are transformed into infusions, personal care products and much more.

In this Kora club you will find our Mas Vinal’s favorites: the crema mani linfa di betulla e mela cotogna (birch sap and quince hand cream) and the flavored salt, a great addition to your cooking.

Rich in emollient and nourishing functional principles such as macadamia butter, this cream is ideal for the care of dry hands stressed by atmospheric agents (or too much knitting!); birch sap, quince extract and fermented barley extract repair and protect the skin which becomes soft and velvety again, enveloped in the sweet and fruity notes of the fragrance.

The flavored salt

We selected two of the many flavors offered by Mas Vinal: Teroldego Salt and Mountain Salt

Teroldego Salt Mixing of salt flavored with the typical Trentino red wine “Teroldego”. It is particularly suitable combined with meat dishes.

Ingredients: Mediterranean salt, Teroldego wine, sage, thyme, and rosemary.

Mountain Salt A salt rich in flavors that boasts the presence of many ingredients with a well-marked flavor including juniper and laurel. Suitable for dishes with strong flavors.

Ingredients: Mediterranean salt, sage, rosemary, savory, hyssop, thyme, basil, bay leaf, juniper.

The flavored salt will be selected at random.
