mYak wants you to be happy with your purchase. Unused and unopened items in their original condition may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. When exchanging items, shipping costs to and from mYak will be your responsibility, unless your order was filled incorrectly.
We recommend that you insure all items to be exchanged. We don’t assume responsibility for exchanged items lost or damaged in shipping.
Sales are final, we regret we cannot accept returns.
