We can ship worldwide. Our products ship from either from the US or Italy. Continental US order ship from New York. In-stock items normally ship within a week. If you purchase an item on pre-order, we will provide you with an estimate time for delivery by email. Shipment are handles with UPS, Dhl, USPS or Fedex.
Prices displayed on the mYak website do not include taxes. All items shipped within New York State are subject to sales tax.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying any charges for customs clearance. mYak is unable to estimate international tax and duties. Please refer to your country’s local customs authority for information. mYak will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If you refuse any shipments from mYak, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs incurred on the package (original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package.

As we don’t have a UK VAT number, we can only accept orders above £135 (approximately €160) for customers in the UK. This amount is excluding VAT in our store, and you will be asked to pay VAT once the package arrives in the UK. For some items you may also be asked to pay customs. This is a fee that the government charges you for the right to import certain goods.
We have no control over the amount you will be charged when your goods arrive in the UK and we can’t be held liable for these costs. If you decide to refuse a shipment, we can refund your order, but we will not be able to refund shipping costs.
