When I visited the mYak studio in New York last year, I was asked by Paola to design a pair of socks in their Tibetan Cloud yarn. She wanted a colourful yet simple design. I came up with the idea to use Slip-stitch colourwork – which might seem more complicated than it really is – in order to showcase the colours in an interesting way. Although you work with two colours to create this eye-catching colourwork, you only knit with one colour at a time. No need to worry about tension, as we do with stranded colourwork.
The pattern is suitable for knitters who are new to colourwork.

You can also create your own color combination of the West Village Socks. Just click here and get 2 skeins, 1 each color.

Each kit contains the yarn you will need to complete your project.

The pattern is sold separately.
