Crystal Bird is a light crescent shaped shawl that sits beautifully on the shoulders, it’s worked top down, beginning at the top center with a garter tab cast-on, and featuring a delicate lace pattern. The shawl is worked in sections that alternates garter stitch to the lace motif.
It is designed to be knit in a lace weight yarn, I only used two skeins of Baby Yak lace, Myak Tibetan Fiber, for a light and very soft result.
The pattern contains both charted and written instructions, and is recommended for knitters with experience in lace knitting.
