Our signature Spring Knitting Retreat returns to its cherished home on the enchanting Murano, world-renowned for its legendary glass artistry and quiet, luminous beauty. This is a place that holds a special place in our hearts, and we are delighted to invite you to experience its one-of-a-kind magic with us once more.

As you wander through its narrow, winding alleys, Murano reveals a slower rhythm – where timeless tradition and contemporary artistry  exist side by side, and inspiration lingers in the air like light on wáter.

To make  this retreat truly unforgettable, we are honored to welcome Natasja Hornby, a designer celebrated for her refined aesthetics and extraordinary talent. Natasja will be sharing her creative expertise as we find inspiration together in the heart of the Venetian lagoon.

Included in this Retreat:

Transfers: on arrival (April 11, 2027) and departure (April 15, 2027) by water taxi from Venice Airport or by vaporetto from Venice train station.  We will coordinate dedicated group transfers at scheduled times 11:00 am and 1:00 pm for arrivals and 7:30 am and 9:00 am for departures.  If you arrive or depart at a different time, you will be responsible to pay for your transportation. The average cost of a water taxi is euro 130-150.

Four nights at the elegant NH Hotel Collection Venezia Murano Villa , where history, design and quiet luxury meet. Each morning begins with a generous breakfast, setting the tone for days filled with beauty and inspiration. Within this serene haven, a beautiful spa awaits – an invitation to slow down even further and surrender to moments of pure relaxation.

Create and Be Inspired

Two workshops with our special guest Natasja Hornby, moment to deepen your craft, explore new ideas, and connect through the language of stitches. Workshop details will be sent prior to start of the retreat.

Burano in color

A visit to the vibrant island of Burano, with its painted houses and rich textile heritage. We will explore the Merletto Lace museum and share a fabulous lunch in a traditional osteria.

Venice, unveiled

Beyond the known paths lies another Venice. Together with Paola and Carlotta, you will wander through narrow calli, slipping into quiet corners and secret spaces. A hidden corner, a forgotten doorway, a fleeting reflection on still water—these are the moments that transform Venice into something deeply personal.

An unforgettable night on water

A magical Galeone dinner cruise through Venice, where the city reveals itself from its most poetic perspective.

 The mYak Knitwalk

A beloved tradition and a moment to celebrate your creativity. Set against the dreamlike backdrop of Murano, participants are invited to step into the spotlight and showcase their handmade pieces in our signature Knitwalk. Guided by Natasja Hornby, you’ll refine your presence, embrace the joy of movement, and bring your knits to life with confidence and flair. A celebration of craftsmanship, individuality, and the quiet magic that happens when threads become stories.

Weekly Vaporetto Pass, valid for the water buses in Venice and the islands of Lido, Murano and Burano .

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your participation to the retreat up to November 15, 2026.

You will receive a refund for your deposit less $300 cancellation fee per person (not per room).

After that, no refund will be issued. Balance is due by December 5, 2026.

Insurance is not included in the fees and it is up to you to ask international coverage with your insurance carrier, if you so decide.
