For our fall retreat, we have selected one of Northern Europe’s most beloved designers, Natasja Hornby (Moonstruck Knits)

Our retreat will take place in the Monferrato area, where you will experience the delightful fusion of Ligurian influences paired with the rich flavors of Piedmont.  The location is so special that it lends its name to the renowned wine, Gavi di Gavi.

We will take part in the traditional Vendemmia, one of the most cherished activities that brings Italian families together. Along with this, we will visit a local cellar and enjoy a wine tasting experience. Due to the strong Ligurian culinary influence in the area, we will also learn how to make the perfect focaccia. We will have the opportunity to knead the focaccia dough and discover all the secrets of bread making.

Natasja will teach two amazing workshops that we can’t wait to reveal.  

Included in this Retreat:

Transfers: on arrival (Sept 22, 2025) and departure (Sept 26, 2025) by private coach from Milano Malpensa Airport.

You should arrive at Milano Malpensa Airport on Sept 26. Pick up from airport will be at 1:30 pm (it’s a 2 hours’ drive to Gavi).

At the end of the retreat, there will a bus leaving the retreat location at 7:30am to take you to Malpensa airport. Arrival at Malpensa will be around 9:30 am.

Please note that if you arrive later than 1:30pm or have an early departure, you will be responsible for your own transportation. Please let us know if you decide to rent your own car at Malpensa or arrive by train instead of traveling by bus with the rest of the group.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your participation to the retreat up to May 13, 2025.

You will receive a refund for your deposit less $300 cancellation fee per person (not per room).

After May 13, 2025, no refund will be issued. Balance is due by June 1st, 2025.

Insurance is not included in the fees and we strongly advise to ask international

coverage with your insurance carrier.
