SKILLS

To knit this infinity cowl you need to know how to perform a provisional cast-on, to knit in the round, to be familiar with the stranded colourwork technique, to work following charted instructions, and to perform a kitchener bind-off. Moreover, it is essential to be able to follow charted instructions, as they are used for the colourwork detail of the cowl and written instructions are not provided.

CONSTRUCTION

This cowl is knit in the round. Starting with a provi- sional cast-on, the work is joined in the round and is knit following the instructions below. Once the desired length has been achieved, the provisional cast-on is removed and the beginning and end of the cowl are grafted together with kitchener stitch.

 

Each kit contains the yarn you will need to complete your project.

The pattern is not included.

You can also create your own color combination by choosing your skeins.

22 stitches and 24 rounds in 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4”] in stockinette stitch, without blocking.
23 stitches and 28 rounds in 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4”] in colourwork motif, without blocking.21 stitches and 26 rounds in 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4”] in colourwork motif, after blocking.
