The yak and cashmere fibers of mYak yarns are so lovely to feel slipping through your hands. I wanted to create a simple accessory that would allow knitters (especially those working with mYak for the first time) to enjoy the feel of the fabric as they work and not be overwhelmed by patterning. The diagonal lace motif is a modern geometrical play on the high mountains and low valleys of the Tibetan landscape. The intersecting lines have an asymmetry while you’re working the wrap, but the overall finished piece is perfectly balanced.
