The prize consists of one spot at the mYak Retreat in May 2025 in Murano/Venice (Italy). The prize valued at 3200 euros, includes one spot participation in the Knit Retreat with Jodie and Tracie aka The Grocery Girls and all related costs as specified in our retreat description (transfers from airport, accommodation- 4 nights, meals unless specified, workshop/lab, gift bag). Travel to/from retreat, yarn kits and additional activities planned for the retreat are not included.
To participate in the raffle, it is necessary to purchase a ticket for 20 euros each. Each purchased ticket will correspond to a single entry in the raffle. You can purchase multiple tickets in one order.
The raffle will end on April 27, 2024.
The winner will be randomly drawn by the lottery software we have installed on our website. The winner will receive via the contact details provided at the time of ticket purchase. All others will receive a message saying “Better luck next time!”
The prize is for one spot only at the retreat. It’s personal non-transferable and non- refundable. The winner is responsible for all additional costs, including travel and personal expenses, not specifically included in the prize. The prize is not applicable to other events or stays organized by mYak or third parties.
The winner will be contacted immediately at the end of the raffle. The winner must confirm their acceptance of the prize within 15 days of notification. In case of no response or refusal of the prize, a new winner will be drawn.
All personal information provided at the time of ticket purchase will be treated in accordance with privacy regulations. Personal data will be used exclusively for raffle purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.
Participation in the raffle implies acceptance of all the conditions of this rules. mYak reserves the right to make changes to the regulations at any time and without notice.
